How to change Chair Mechanism?

1. The gas lift is easy to install, but not so easy to remove.The first step is to turn the computer chair up and down, first remove the base of the chair, it is impossible to pull it out, then you need to use a tool hammer hammer, preferably a rubber hammer, the reason is self-evident, metal hammer is easy to knock off the paint and leave a small hole.Take a hammer directly along the bottom of the steel ring hard knock a circle, if not working, knock again, until you can take it off
2. Remove the base,and all left is the gas lift and upper seat, then also use the hammer
3. Before tapping, remove the upper seat with a screwdriver for the next tap and hard break
4. Similarly, hit the metal with a hammer, with a hydraulic plunger in one hand, and step on it with your foot until it drop off
5. Assemble the new mechanism onto the chair, but pls insure the hole position is same with before
