2026 - New Manufacturing Era
Our new 60,000 sqm facility became fully operational in 2026, equipped with 100 OTC robotic welding units, 10 high-precision continuous punching machines, 8 servo tube bending machines, and automated coating and assembly lines. A 725-meter powder coating line further supports efficient, high-volume production and strengthens our capabilities for global customers.
2024 - Strategic Expansion
To meet growing global demand, we began construction of a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, backed by a total investment of RMB 130 million. This strategic expansion marked an important step in upgrading our production capacity, manufacturing technology, and long-term competitiveness in the global office and gaming chair components market.
2020 - Industry Leadership
Annual sales surpassed RMB 200 million, with a workforce of 300 employees, establishing Cazen as one of Anji's leading manufacturers of office chair bases and components. Our large-scale, high-precision production capabilities enabled us to serve global chair brands with higher volumes while maintaining consistent quality and reliable delivery.
2015 - Ownership & Expansion
We acquired our own 30,000 sqm manufacturing base, growing to 150 employees and surpassing RMB 100 million in annual revenue. We invested in laser cutting systems, high-precision continuous punching machines, servo tube bending equipment, and robotic welding automation, significantly strengthening our production capabilities and technical foundation.
2010 - Automation & Growth
Driven by the rapid growth of Anji's office chair industry, we expanded to 100 employees and reached RMB 50 million in annual sales. We took our first step toward intelligent manufacturing by introducing OTC robotic welding systems and automated polishing equipment, while developing our KD metal base product line.
2007 - Foundation
Cazen was founded in a 12,500 sqm rented facility with 50 employees, specializing in office chair metal bases, armrests, and frames. In our first year, we achieved RMB 10 million in annual turnover, laying a solid operational foundation for our long-term growth in office chair component manufacturing.
